Venezuela to pay $420 mln to Williams and Exterran

LA GUIRA, March 23 (Reuters) - Venezuela has agreed to
pay Williams Cos Inc and Exterran $420 million
for the nationalization of a major gas injection project in
2009, the South American country's oil minister said on Friday.
